About the Authors...

Sarah Nesbeitt (nesbeitt@alumni.sils.umich.edu) is a professional librarian who has been active on the Internet since 1987. Sarah is employed as a Reference Librarian / Assistant Professor for Booth Library, Eastern Illinois University, where she spends her days answering reference questions and creating the library's Web page.
