Up and running since August 1994, this gopher is a resource from the National Center for Nonprofit Boards, a nonprofit organization designed to help other nonprofit leaders improve their management skills. Though many of the menu items are still under construction, it currently provides answers to common questions about nonprofit boards, a list of workshops they give around the country, and publications (paper) available for purchase by mail. Useful for those who wish to see a list of available resources.

We've included this list for the sake of completeness, though it's not up and running yet Topics of discussion are meant to cover all aspects of nonprofit management: how to conduct meetings, hire executive directors, handle leadership crises, etc. As of 3/95, this list was still not operational; however, the list owner requests that interested parties e-mail him to indicate interest in the list.
