Instructions for Installing Tax Forms CD-ROMS Accessing Tax form through the CD-ROM products supplied by the IRS and the State of Michigan Department of Treasury is hands down the easiest method of working with the forms for library patrons. As April 16th, 2001 gets closer the servers at the IRS and the Michigan Dept. of Treasury web sites will continually slow down. Accessing the forms and publications through CD, however, will allow you to help your patrons quicker and easier... once you have the CD working properly on your computer.
